Report copyright infringement

A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to ACADA’s designated agent. A person reads every notice: a complete one is acted on within 2 business days, and the person who posted the material is sent a copy of it, including your name and contact details. The full process, and how to file by post or email instead, is in the Copyright & DMCA policy.

1. Who you are

The law requires it, and it is sent to the person who posted the material with the rest of the notice.

2. The copyrighted work
3. The material on ACADA

The exact page: a course, a lesson, a press article, a profile. If it is one file or one part of a lesson, say which below. We can only act on material that is on acada.ac.

4. Statements and signature

A typed full name is an electronic signature under section 512(c)(3)(A)(i). Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes carries liability under section 512(f), including the costs of the person whose material was removed.
