Everything you need to teach online
ACADA’s course editor organizes material into modules and lessons, with 20 content block types for text, media, files, code, charts, quizzes, assignments, polls, and embeds from 16 external tools. An AI assistant helps you work with the editor and organize course outlines, while version history lets you restore earlier work. Set prerequisites, customize enrollment and publishing options, add sources and citations, and issue instructor-signed completion certificates. Every published course must meet ACADA’s publishing requirements, including minimum content standards and disclosure of AI-generated material.

Offer free courses, monthly access, lifetime access, or both paid options, with eligible three-day or seven-day free trials. Minimum prices depend on course size, starting at $4.17 per month or $34.97 for lifetime access. ACADA supports regional pricing at 100%, 70%, 50%, or 35% of your list price, depending on the student’s country. You keep 70% of every course sale, with no platform subscription or earnings cap. A one-time publishing fee of $3.00 plus $0.10 per gigabyte of course material applies when a course first goes live, including free courses. Earnings clear after 14 days, and payouts become available at a $20 cleared balance. Choose weekly, twice-monthly, monthly, or on-demand payouts. Instructors in the US are paid through Stripe Connect; everyone else can choose Stripe Connect or PayPal. ACADA-funded discounts of up to 20% come out of ACADA’s share first, preserving your 70% share of the original list price. Instructor Dashboard brings course management, student activity, analytics, and earnings together in one workspace. Review enrollments, assignment submissions, quiz results, questionnaire responses, reviews, and student progress. See how learners discover your courses, which searches lead to your course pages, how free previews perform, and where students stop progressing. Use these insights to improve your material and make more informed decisions about your courses, while customizing your dashboard to suit your workflow.
Teach, collaborate, and grow
Every published course has its own community room, where enrolled students can join discussions, ask questions, and access announcements. Communicate with students in the app and by email, share resources, organize discussions, and review submitted work. Students can use learning tools such as an AI assistant, notebook, whiteboard, and flashcards, while assignments and portfolios help them practice skills and showcase their achievements. Invite collaborators with specific permissions and allocate them a share of your instructor earnings, enable affiliates to promote individual courses for a commission from your share, and bundle related courses with discounts of up to 50%.
Reach learners worldwide
ACADA’s searchable course marketplace helps learners discover courses through categories, skills, tags, and other filters. Course pages introduce your material and include a free preview lesson, giving prospective students a chance to explore before enrolling. With support for 133 languages through its universal translator, international payment and currency tools, and optional regional pricing, you can make your courses accessible to learners across borders. Promote your courses through your own channels or enable affiliates to introduce your work to new audiences.
