Support inside a course
Report a billing issue, at the end of a course's Billing & Subscription tab, opens the support form with that course attached.
Course → Billing & Subscription → Support & Help
Inside a course, the Billing & Subscription tab ends with Support & Help. Report a billing issue opens the support form with Payment or billing chosen and the course attached. You do not have to say which course you mean, and a person replies within 24 hours.
What's on it
- Refunds
- Just above Support & Help. Request refund asks ACADA, not the creator, for a refund, answered within 3 business days. See Refunds.
- Support & Help
- Report a billing issue. Use it for a charge you do not recognise, a renewal, a cancellation, or access that stopped.
- Your access is paused
- The screen a course shows after a payment fails. Ask us about a payment on it opens the same form, with the course attached.
Who to ask what
- The creator
- The teaching: a lesson, an assignment, feedback on your work. Ask in the course room, or in a discussion where the creator added one to a lesson.
- A factual mistake
- Select the passage and choose Correct: see Correcting a lesson. It reaches the person who can fix it.
- Other students
- The course room. Every enrolled student is in it.
- The Assistant
- How something on ACADA works, and the lesson you have open.
- ACADA support
- Money, access, your account, and anything broken.
- A report
- A course, a person or a message that breaks a rule: the Report control on it.
Rules and limits
- The course goes with your message only when it is your own enrolment. Sent from anywhere else, name the course in the message.
- A creator never sees your card or PayPal details, and does not see your support messages.
