Policies, safety and reporting
How the rules work in practice: reporting, enforcement, appeals, copyright, AI.
Where the policies live
All 28 policies are at acada.ac/policies; a change that adds a rule is emailed and announced 14 days ahead, then accepted.
Reporting people, messages and courses
Report a course, person, message, review or submission from the thing itself; a person reads it within 1 or 3 business days.
Enforcement and appeals
A warning, then a restriction, then closure, each recorded in Account standing and appealable within 30 days to someone uninvolved.
Copyright: notices and counter-notices
Send a notice at acada.ac/copyright, acted on within 2 business days; answer one about your material with a counter-notice.
The ACADA name and logo
Anyone may say their course is on ACADA; only creators, collaborators and affiliates may use the logo, and never as their own brand.
Age and child safety
You must be 13 or older; under 18, your profile starts private, strangers cannot message you first, and paid roles wait until 18.
Academic integrity
Hand in your own work, say when AI wrote a substantial part of it, and know that a certificate earned by cheating is withdrawn.
Accessibility
ACADA aims at WCAG 2.2 AA, with settings for theme, text size, motion and contrast; a reported barrier gets a reply within 2 business days.
AI on ACADA
Every course declares its AI-generated material before you enrol; the Assistant is the only AI ACADA runs, and nothing you post trains one.
