Enrolling and paying
Tiers, prices, trials, checkout, refunds and billing.
Monthly and lifetime access
Monthly access renews each month until you cancel; lifetime access is one payment for as long as the course is on ACADA.
What you pay
Prices are set in US dollars, some countries pay a lower regional price, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
Free trials
Some courses offer 3 or 7 free days; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Discount codes
Finishing a course earns a 20% code for your next one; enter a code at checkout, one per purchase.
Affiliate codes
An affiliate's code credits whoever recommended the course; it never raises your price, and some courses take money off for it.
Paying with a card or wallet
Cards, wallets and local payment methods go through Stripe, and we never see your card number.
Paying with PayPal
Where checkout offers it, PayPal pays for lifetime access and bundles; monthly access needs a card or wallet.
Buying a bundle
A bundle is several courses from one creator at a discount, bought and refunded as one purchase.
Upgrading from monthly to lifetime
Switch a monthly subscription to lifetime at any time; the unused part of the month comes off the price.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from the course's Billing tab: nothing more is charged, and your access runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of a charge, with fewer than half the lessons complete, and a person answers within 3 business days.
Failed payments
A declined renewal keeps the course open for 5 days from the renewal date; update your card and we retry at once.
Your billing pages
Each course's Billing & Subscription tab manages that course; Settings → Billing lists every purchase, card and receipt.
Receipts
Every charge gets a receipt by email, and Billing History opens Stripe's receipt for any card payment.
When a course closes
A closing course gives you notice, a refund for what you had not used, and a download if you bought lifetime access.
