The Revenue screen
Creator Dashboard → Revenue shows what your courses have earned: trends, breakdowns by course and tier, and every charge with its split and status.

Open itThe Revenue screen is the record of what your courses have earned, in 11 panels under Performance, Breakdowns and Ledger. Every figure is your share, with refunds and chargebacks taken out. What you can withdraw, and what has been paid, is on Creator Dashboard → Payouts.
What's on it

| Revenue Trend | Your share by charge date, daily, weekly or monthly. |
| Revenue by Course | Each course's earnings and number of sales. |
| Revenue by Tier | Monthly Access against Lifetime Access. |
| Course Revenue Table | Every course with its enrolments, revenue, average spend per student, completion, rating and paying students. |
| Cohort Revenue Conversion | New students against returning ones: how many enrolled, how many paid, and what they spent. |
| Refund & Chargeback Summary | What came back out, by reason, and your refund rate. |
| Earnings Summary by Period | Gross revenue, net earnings and sales, by quarter or by year. |
| Commission Breakdown | Gross sales split into Your Cut, the ACADA Platform Fee, affiliate commission and collaborators. |
| Collaborator Payouts | What each collaborator has earned from your share, after refunds, including amounts still clearing. |
| Transaction History | Every charge with its type, region, gross, fee, collaborator share, net and status. |
Transaction History
Type is Initial, Renewal, Upgrade or Repurchase. Region shows where the price was set for, for example IN · D 35% for a sale at 35% of your list price. Fee is our share plus any affiliate's; hover it to see each. CSV downloads the table with every share in its own column.
- Clearing
- Inside its 14 days. Hover it to see the date it clears.
- Cleared
- Part of your available balance, or already paid out.
- Partly refunded
- Part of the charge was refunded, and the rest stays yours.
- Refunded
- Refunded or charged back in full.
Rules and limits
- Figures are in US dollars, and dates follow UTC.
- Most panels have a range, such as 30 days, 90 days or all time, and some a CSV button.
- The panel order, and which panels show, are saved in this browser, not on your account.
- Only your own courses appear. A collaborator sees their earnings on Collaboration earnings instead.
- If a figure looks wrong, write to support@acada.ac, and we answer within 5 business days.
