Course Settings

Course Settings holds the title, description, media, colour and the course's disclosures, kept when you choose Save.

Editor → Settings

Settings in the Editor's top bar opens Course Settings. Its tabs are Settings, Listing, Price & Access, Affiliates, Onboarding, Collaborators and Marketplace Preview. Choose Save before leaving: Back to the editor does not save for you, and asks first when something is unsaved.

Course info and media

Course Media
Up to 10 images or videos, and the first is the course's card. Images are JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF up to 10 MB; videos are MP4, WEBM or MOV up to 50 MB. A video can carry a .vtt captions file of up to 1 MB, with its language. Media saves as soon as you add it.

The course's colour on its cards, behind its pages, modules and lessons, and on their buttons, links and icons. Apply to all pages sets every page to it.

The disclosures

PanelWhat it says
AI DisclosureRequired to publish. No AI-generated material, Contains AI-generated material, or A synthetic instructor; the last two take a note saying what.
Content WarningFor graphic or distressing material, with a note on what to expect.
Advice NoticeFor medical, legal, financial, mental-health or safety topics: it tells students the course is not professional advice.

Each note is up to 240 characters. AI that drafts, edits, translates or captions your own teaching needs no disclosure. AI-made material you publish as the teaching does, as the AI Content Policy explains.

Rules and limits

  • A disclosure ACADA places after a report can be made stronger by you, not weaker. Appeal an AI disclosure from Settings → Account standing within 30 days, and a warning or advice notice by writing to support@acada.ac.
  • Collaborators never see Affiliates or Collaborators, and see Onboarding only with that permission.
  • Marketplace Preview shows the landing page with your unsaved changes.
