Email preferences
A switch for each optional email in Settings → Email preferences, and Unsubscribe from All; account, money and security emails always go.
Settings → Email preferences
Open itSettings → Email preferences has a switch for each optional email. Emails about your account, your money and your security are always sent, and the page lists them under Always sent.
What's on it

| Course Completion | When you finish a course, with a link to your certificate if the course gives one. |

| Course Availability | When a full course in your bag or wishlist has a place again. |

How to stop every optional email
- 1.
Open Settings → Email preferences.
- 2.
Turn on Unsubscribe from All at the foot of the page.
Every optional email is then off. Turning Unsubscribe from All off again turns them all back on.
Rules and limits
- Every optional email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the foot, which turns off that email alone, without signing in.
- These switches are for email only. In-app notifications are in Settings → Notifications.
- The Creator Dashboard group shows only for creators.
- Our emails come from noreply@acada.ac.
If something goes wrong
- "Failed to update preferences."
- Nothing was saved. Choose the switch again.
- "Failed to load email preferences."
- Reload the page.
