The daily digest

Creators get one email a day about their courses: new enrolments, reviews, submissions to review, questionnaire responses and refunds. It comes at 09:30 UTC and covers the 24 hours before. On a day with nothing to report, nothing is sent.

What's in it

A line per course

The course's title, which opens it in the Editor, then what happened in it. For example: 3 new enrollments · 1 new review.

Open Creator Dashboard

The button at the foot, to the Creator Dashboard.

What you can change

The digest is on unless you turn it off: Settings → Email preferences → Creator Dashboard → Daily Creator Dashboard Digest.

Rules and limits

• It goes to a course's creator. Collaborators on the course do not get it.
• New enrolments count students who joined or started a trial in that time.
• The date in the email is the date in UTC.
• Each email covers the 24 hours up to 09:30 UTC. An enrolment at 09:00 UTC is in that morning's email, and one at 10:00 UTC is in the next day's.
• Turning it off changes nothing in the Creator Dashboard, which shows the same figures whenever you open it.
