Joining the programme

You join with one button in Settings, under Account, and you have a working code straight away. Choosing it is agreeing to the Affiliate Agreement and the Marketing Guidelines. A payout method can wait until you have something to withdraw.

Before you join

• You are 18 or older, by the date of birth on your account.
• You hold one ACADA account, in your own name. A second account to earn on your own sales is fraud.
• You have read the Affiliate Agreement and the Marketing Guidelines. The main rule: say that you earn a commission wherever your link or code appears.

How to join

   Open Settings and choose Account.

   Under Account Type, find Affiliate account.

   Choose Become an Affiliate. The banner reads You are an affiliate, and your dashboard is in the sidebar.

What happens next

Affiliate Dashboard appears in your sidebar, with Overview, Courses, Earnings and Payouts. You get a code made of REF and 8 letters and numbers, which you can change on the Overview. We record your acceptance of both documents.

Payouts start as Only when I request it, with the $20 minimum. Set a payout method on Payouts before your first withdrawal; Affiliate payouts has the steps. Your portfolio gains an Affiliate section, which you can hide when you edit it.

Rules and limits

• One code works on every course that pays a commission. There is nothing to claim per course.
• When the Affiliate Agreement or the Guidelines gain a rule, we post a notice in the app at least 14 days ahead. You accept the new version to carry on.
• Leaving is the Leave button in the same place. See Leaving and rejoining the programme.

If something goes wrong

"You need to be 18 or older to join the affiliate programme."

The date of birth on your account is under 18. Only support can correct a wrong date.

The row says we turned off your affiliate account

Your affiliate account was blocked or closed. See why, and appeal, under Account standing in Settings.

Affiliate Dashboard is not in the sidebar

Reload the page.
