Leaving and rejoining the programme
Leave at any time: your links stop crediting you at once, and everything you earned is still paid, with no minimum.
Settings → Account
Open itYou can leave at any time, from Settings or from Payouts. Your links and code stop crediting you at once, and renewals of your sales earn nothing while you are out. Everything you have earned is still paid, with no minimum.
How to leave
- 1.
Open Settings → Account, and under Affiliate account choose Leave.
- 2.
Read Leave the affiliate programme?, then choose Leave.
Or, at the bottom of Payouts, under Leave the Programme, choose Leave, then Yes, leave.
What happens next
- Nobody new is credited to you, and charges on your earlier sales pay you nothing while you are out. They are not paid later.
- What has cleared is paid on the next daily run, and the rest as it clears. There is no minimum, as long as your payout method is ready.
- Payouts no longer offers a request: the payments are automatic.
- Your ACADA account is unchanged. Your portfolio's Affiliate section is hidden, and the dashboard stays.
How to rejoin
Choose Become an Affiliate in Settings, or Rejoin on Payouts. Rejoining is accepting the current Affiliate Agreement and Marketing Guidelines. You keep your codes, your links credit you again, and renewals of your earlier sales pay you again from the next charge. Sales made while you were away stay with whoever was credited.
When ACADA turns it off
Under the Affiliate Agreement, we may block or close an affiliate account for breaking the rules, and close it at once for fraud. Either way your links credit nobody, and you cannot rejoin yourself. You can appeal under Account standing in Settings.
- Blocked
- Payouts wait until the block is lifted or the account is closed.
- Closed for a breach
- Cleared commissions are paid, and those still in their hold as they clear.
- Closed for fraud
- Commissions from fraudulent referrals are withheld, and nothing is paid automatically while the closure stands.
If something goes wrong
- "You are not an active affiliate"
- You have already left, or your account is turned off.
- "This affiliate account cannot be reactivated from here"
- ACADA turned the account off. See Account standing in Settings.
