Monthly and lifetime access
Monthly access renews each month until you cancel; lifetime access is one payment for as long as the course is on ACADA.
A course is sold on one or both of two plans, and its creator chooses which. Monthly Access charges the same amount on the same date each month until you cancel. Lifetime Access is one payment for access for as long as the course is on ACADA.
How it works

An example
A course costs $12 a month or $90 for lifetime access. Three months of monthly access cost $36. If you upgrade with 10 days of a 30-day month left, you are credited $4, so the upgrade costs $86.
Rules and limits
- Lifetime means the course's lifetime on ACADA. If the course closes, you get 30 days' notice and a refund for the part you had not completed. See When a course closes.
- Lifetime access covers this course only, not a new edition sold as a separate course, and not other courses by the same creator.
- A free course is always lifetime access: there is nothing to renew.
- Some courses offer a free trial of 3 or 7 days on either plan. See Free trials.
- A monthly bundle is different: one payment for 30 days of access to every course in it, with no renewal. See Buying a bundle.
- Prices are set in US dollars, and some countries pay less. See What you pay.
