Buying a bundle
A bundle is several courses from one creator at a discount, bought and refunded as one purchase.
A bundle is several courses from one creator, sold together for less than they cost separately. The creator sets the discount, up to 50%. It is one purchase, with one charge, one receipt, and one refund if you ask for one.
Before you buy
- You cannot buy a bundle with a course in it that you already have. The bundle page says so; buy the other courses on their own pages.
- A bundle is sold as lifetime access or as a 30-day pass. A 30-day pass is one payment for a month of access to every course in it, and it does not renew.
How to buy a bundle
- 1.
Open the bundle's page from Marketplace → Bundles, Also in a bundle on a course page, or the creator's portfolio.
- 2.
If more than one length is on sale, choose Lifetime Access or 30 days in the buy box. On a phone, Buy in the bar at the foot opens it.
- 3.
Check the price and the saving, then choose Buy · [price].
- 4.
Pay on Stripe's page, or choose Pay with PayPal where it is offered. You come back to Welcome to [bundle], with every course on your dashboard.
An example
Three courses cost $30, $40 and $50 for lifetime access, $120 in all. With a 25% bundle discount, the bundle costs $90, and the box says Save 25% against buying them separately.
Rules and limits
- Each course is priced at your regional band before the discount, so the bundle can cost less in your country.
- Discount codes and affiliate codes do not apply to bundles.
- A refund covers the whole bundle, within 14 days, with fewer than half the lessons complete across all its courses. It ends your access to every course in it.
- If one course in a bundle is removed or closes, we refund that course's share and the rest carries on.
- In Billing History, each course shows its share of the bundle price, and each receipt is for the whole bundle.
If something goes wrong
- "You already have one or more of these courses…"
- The bundle is not for sale to you. Buy the courses you do not have on their own pages.
- "This bundle includes your own course…"
- Or one you work on. You have it already, so the bundle is not for sale to you.
- "This bundle is no longer available."
- The creator has taken it off sale. The courses may still be sold on their own.
- "This bundle requires you to complete [courses] first."
- A course in it has prerequisites. Finish those first.
- "This bundle includes [course], which is full."
- Every seat in that course is taken, so the bundle cannot be bought until one opens.
