Enrollments and Students
Where your students came from, how far they have got, and who shares an email with you; for running the course and nothing else.
Creator Dashboard → Enrollments · Creator Dashboard → Students
Open itTwo Creator Dashboard screens show who your students are and how they are doing: Enrollments and Students. Both cover the courses you created.
What's on it
- Enrollments
- Totals and the trend, in your own time zone. Recent enrolments, enrolments by course, and new against returning. Where each came from: direct, search, social, referral, affiliate, email, ads, bag, bundle, trial or other.
- Students
- How many have completed, are in progress or have not started. Completion rate, average time to complete, and who finished this week. A directory of everyone, and the students who share their email with you.
Rules and limits
- A student is anyone enrolled who is not you, a collaborator or an admin, and was not refunded. Current figures count only students with access.
- The directory marks anyone who left, was refunded or whose access ended.
- Collaborators see a notice instead of these figures.
You see names, progress and work to run the course and for nothing else: no exporting, no contact lists, no marketing outside ACADA. A shared email address is for that course only. It drops off the list when the student withdraws it, leaves, is refunded or loses access (Creator Agreement, section 7).
