Reviews and replying
One public reply per review, civil and on the point; you cannot delete, reward or steer reviews.
Creator Dashboard → Reviews
Open itStudents can review a course after 3 days enrolled and a fifth of its lessons done. A review is 1 to 5 stars, with words if they like. Creator Dashboard → Reviews has every review, and you may post one public reply under each.
How to reply to a review
- 1.
Open Creator Dashboard → Reviews and find the review. Unanswered lists the ones without a reply.
- 2.
Write under Write a reply…, up to 5,000 characters, and choose Post reply.
- 3.
Change it later with Edit, or take it down with Remove.
Rules and limits
- One civil reply per review, about the point. It may not ask the reviewer to change or remove the review, or offer anything for it.
- You cannot delete, reward or steer reviews. "Leave a review" is fine; "leave 5 stars" is not.
- A course card shows its average once the course has 10 reviews. A course rated under 3.0 by 10 or more is no longer listed.
- Affiliates paid on a course cannot review it, and students can delete their own reviews.
- Report a review you believe is fake from the review itself. The policy is Reviews & Ratings.
If something goes wrong
- "A reply can be up to 5,000 characters, and cannot be blank."
- Shorten it, or write something.
- "That reply was not saved."
- Try again.
