Prerequisites

Course Settings → Price & Access also holds the prerequisites, saved with the page. The certificate has a page of its own: see The certificate.

Prerequisites

Courses a student must complete before enrolling in this one. Search by title, 2 letters or more, and add any published, public course, yours or someone else's. A student who has not completed one is told which, and the enrolment is refused.

Rules and limits

• A draft, private or deleted course cannot be a prerequisite, because nobody could complete it. One that later stops being published shows as Deleted, Taken down or Not published, and blocks publishing until you Remove it.
• Requirements inside the course live in the Editor: a required quiz or assignment, and prerequisites on a lesson or a block.

Try other words. Only published, public courses can be added.
