Rating and reviewing a course

You can review a course once you have been enrolled for 3 days and completed 20% of its lessons. A review is a rating from 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, some words, one per course. You can edit or delete it at any time.

Before you review

• You hold access to the course, and have for 3 days.
• You have completed 20% of its published lessons.
• You did not make the course, do not work on it, and have not earned commission on it.

How to review a course

   Open Ratings & Reviews, or choose Rate at the foot of any tab.

   If you cannot review yet, check how many lessons you have done and how many days are left.

3. 3.

   Choose the stars, write about the course if you want, and choose Submit review. In the Rate box it is Submit Rating.

What happens next

Your review shows on the course page with your name, newest first, and the creator may post one reply under it. Change it with Edit your review, or remove it with Delete review. An edited review is marked as edited.

Rules and limits

• Review the course and its material, not the person who made it.
• The creator may not offer you anything for writing, changing or removing a review. If one does, report it.
• A review written while you held access stays up if you later leave or are refunded. After a refund you cannot write a new one.
• The course page shows the average of every review. Marketplace cards show it from 10 reviews.
• A review can be reported, for example as a fake or paid review, as not about the course, or as harassment.

If something goes wrong

"You can review this course once you have been enrolled for 3 days and done 20% of its lessons."

Keep going. The Ratings & Reviews tab shows how close you are.

"Keep the review under 5,000 characters."

Shorten what you wrote.

"You have earned commission on this course, so you cannot review it."

Affiliates who earned on a course do not review it.
